RENU KHANNA & ASSOCIATES India’s leading Architectural firm was started 35 years ago in 1986 by Ar Renu Khanna.
- In a short span of 13 years she received India’s most coveted national award, JK Indian architect of the year award (1999).
- RKA has undertaken Architectural and Interior Designing projects across India which inculde Institutional campuses for Government, Private & Corporate sector, Bank buildings, Commercial complexes, Industrial units, Residential colonies, Houses, Group housings, Memorial & Museum and Hospital buildings in North India. These projects have been appreciated, awarded and published.

Ar Renu Khanna
Architect and a Film makerA leading architect of India , famous for her experiential and emotive architecture is known for infusing soul in all her projects be it the Monumental Memorials, Museums, Airports, Corporate offices, Housings, Transport or resorts. Most of her projects have been published and awarded. Her book “ARCHITECTURE OF HAPPINESS” was launched by Consulate General of India in New York in August 2019 at New York. AWARDS Hudco Award in 1995 ,JK Indian Architect of the Year Award 1999, Forest Bhawan Mohali exhibited in Paris 2009, FFFACE 2010 for Creative Excellence in Architecture, Outstanding Concrete Structure award by ICI 2010, Outstanding Concrete Structure award by ICI 2012, Most Creative architecture firm India – 2019-20, Delivered lecture in international conference on CAH in Egypt 2020, Outstanding conc str award 2020 & 2021. SOCIAL CONTRIBUTION TO SOCIETY Produced a film titled “Kastoori” spreading awareness against drug abuse. Runs a trust for empowering the women labourers.
Ar Sakul Khanna
After completing his B Arch from CSPA was handpicked by L&T had experience in design and built Mumbai international airport ltd., and was later shifted to Oman International airport after which he joined Melbourne university for masters in construction management. Having gained international exposure joined RKA and also became Griha evaluator. He has taken RKA to great heights with his international experience of Design & build projects.
Ar RITIKA Khanna
A graduate from Dehradun institute of technology joined RKA in 2015. A landscapist and environmental enthusiast. She is also a GRIHA certification consultant & has co authored the book ARCHITECTURE OF HAPPINESS. She has to her credit the 4 star Griha rating for Central Information building at old JNU campus Delhi & the IGBC rating for Nabard , Dehradun.

OUR HISTORY
RENU KHANNA & ASSOCIATES India’s leading Architectural firm was started 35 years ago in 1986 by Ar Renu Khanna.
RENU KHANNA & ASSOCIATES have designed varied architectural projects across India. RKA got a push when architect Sakul Khanna joined after having gained international experience from Oman and Melbourne as an architect in construction management. Architect Ritika Khanna a landscapist and Green building enthusiast joined the firm in 2015 and made the firm green.

We have in house architects, civil engineers, structural engineers, estimators, interior designers, landscapists, Griha evaluator,3D visualizers, public heath, electrical engineers, HVAC and LV specialists.
